"A New Definition of Fragrance"

I founded Layered Atelier as a natural extension of my vision while building my Clothing Brand Heiress Atelier. The concept emerged from a desire to establish a distinctly different entity—one that transcends the physical realm of fashion and ventures into the more intimate, sensory domain of fragrance. Rather than simply adding another product line, I envisioned creating a cohesive luxury experience that honors the philosophy my customers already cherish, but through an entirely new dimension of self-expression.

The inspiration lies in the beautiful duality of layering itself. Just as clothing builds identity through texture, color, and silhouette, fragrance operates on a more invisible yet deeply personal level—it exists as a second skin, a signature that only you can truly own.

My affinity for fragrance is definitely inherited from my grandmother. While visiting her recently, I noticed her Lace Veiled Curtains, layered with Gold drapes that covered the windows of her home. Seeing the Light shine through as the sun set allowed me to remember visiting as a child. I began brainstorming ideas for the name & concepts of what would be Layered Atelier.

In that moment of brainstorming & research I fell in love with fragrance all over again. It became more than just a Product I myself have purchased in the past. It revealed something profound to me: a scent doesn't simply sit on the body; it becomes part of you, mingling with your unique chemistry to create something entirely individual. It is a persona that you spray on & it so easy to embody the scent that you wear. This insight crystallized the foundation of Layered Atelier.

By merging the physical artistry of clothing with the intangible allure of fine fragrance, I created a space where luxury isn't just worn—it's experienced, felt, and internalized by the wearer as well as externalized by those around us. Layered Atelier represents that intimate intersection: the fragrance you choose as your foundation, whether beneath layers of carefully curated clothing or worn entirely on its own, completing the story only you can tell.
